Don’t see a video player on the page?
- Make sure you are logged in.
- Make sure your web browser is up to date.
- Disable any ad blockers or other browser extensions that may be causing a conflict.
- Clear your browser’s cache and/or cookies.
- Reload the page in your browser.
- Close and re-open your browser.
- Restart your computer or mobile device.
Can’t cast to your smart television?
- When on the Watch Live page on this app using your iPhone, make sure to expand the video player to full-screen mode, then look for the AirPlay icon on the lower-left side of your screen.
- Make sure your smart television is turned on and discoverable by the device you are transmitting from.
- Check for any settings related to AirPlay on your smart television and make sure AirPlay is enabled.
- Turn the device you are transmitting from and/or your smart television off, then on again.
- If you are using an iPhone, swipe down from the top-right side of your screen and tap the Screen Mirroring icon (which looks like two empty rectangles, one on top of the other), then select your smart television from the list that appears. You can then navigate back to Inside the Velvet Note
